Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.
Spawn Using Animal Name
To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [221]. You will then receive the Pink Cake item.
Spawn Using Character Name
Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
However, if you opt for this method, name your character [221]while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Pink Cake item.

Pink Cake is a cooked dish. It is prepared using either the kitchen inside an upgraded farmhouse or a Cookout Kit. It can also be received as a gift at the Feast of the Winter Star or may randomly appear in Krobus' shop on Saturdays or in the Stardrop Saloon's rotating stock. If the player's character is male, after he earns 120,000g he will receive a letter from mom with a Pink Cake enclosed.
3 Pink Cakes are the reward for completing the Chef's Bundle on the Bulletin Board. Pink cake is also sometimes contained within Big Slimes (0.1% chance). Killing the big slime will result in a receiving a Pink Cake, or two if the player has a Burglar's Ring equipped.
The Statue Of Endless Fortune produces one Pink Cake on Spring 10, Spring 14, and Summer 4.
Note: this recipe is profitable - it will always result in profit if using the lowest quality ingredients as well as Wheat Flour and Sugar from the Mill.
