Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.
Spawn Using Animal Name
To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [140]. You will then receive the Walleye item.
Spawn Using Character Name
Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
However, if you opt for this method, name your character [140]while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Walleye item.

The Walleye is a fish that can be caught in the river (in Pelican Town or Cindersap Forest), the mountain Lake, and the Cindersap Forest pond during Fall when it is raining. It can also be caught in Winter if a Rain Totem is used. It can randomly be found in Garbage Cans during Fall and Winter, or at the Traveling Cart for 315–1,000g. If the player chooses the Riverland Farm or the Forest Farm, Walleye can also be caught in the farm pond.
Walleye can be caught regardless of weather, time, or season using Magic Bait.
Walleye is most common in the Cindersap Forest pond. Every cast in the pond during raining Fall days has a 32% chance of hooking a Walleye.
