Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.

Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [(S)MysteryShirt]. You will then receive the Mysteriöses T-Shirt item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
