It may also spawn on the Beach Farm during any season or in The Mines after activating the Shrine of Challenge or during the Danger In The Deep quest. It can also be obtained through the Traveling Cart for 900–1,500g. It may also be sent in the mail as a gift from Demetrius or received as a gift from Jas, Vincent or Leo at the Feast of the Winter Star. A Rainbow Trout Fish Pond has a 2% chance to produce 1 Rainbow Shell daily when the population of the pond reaches 9.

Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [394]. You will then receive the Concha Arco-íris item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.

However, if you opt for this method, name your character [394] while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Concha Arco-íris item.
