Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [(F)SamsSkateboard]. You will then receive the Skate do Sam item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
