Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.
Spawn Using Animal Name
To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [311]. You will then receive the Pine Cone item.
Spawn Using Character Name
Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
However, if you opt for this method, name your character [311]while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Pine Cone item.

The Pine Cone is a seed that grows into a Pine Tree. It can be obtained by shaking/chopping down a Pine Tree at Foraging level 1, in Garbage Cans, or by using an Axe or Pickaxe to dig up a Pine Cone dropped by a fully grown Pine Tree on The Farm. One to five Pine Cones may be produced in a Woodskip Fish Pond when the population reaches 9.
Pine Cones can be planted in tillable ground outside The Farm. The ground must be un-tilled to plant the seed.
A pine cone has approximately a 20% chance to grow to the next stage each night during Spring, Summer, or Fall. There are 5 growth stages in total. The median time to maturity is about 18 days, with over 90% of seeds maturing in less than 32 growing days.
The use of Tree Fertilizer guarantees growth by one stage each night, including during winter.
