Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.
Spawn Using Animal Name
To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [496]. You will then receive the Summer Seeds item.
Spawn Using Character Name
Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
However, if you opt for this method, name your character [496]while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Summer Seeds item.

Summer Seeds are a type of Crafted seed. The crafting recipe is labeled "Wild Seeds (Su)", but when crafted, the result is "Summer Seeds." Mature plants yield, at random, a Grape, Spice Berry, or Sweet Pea.
Summer Seeds are one of the season-specific crafted wild seeds, along with Spring Seeds, Fall Seeds, and Winter Seeds that produce crops normally found as forage. While Farming Skill normally increases the chance to grow a quality crop, Foraging Skill increases the chance to grow a quality crop from Summer Seeds. Choosing the Botanist profession will ensure iridium-quality crops grown from Summer Seeds.
Crows do not attack crops grown from Summer Seeds, so the use of Scarecrows is unnecessary.
