Aged Roe is an Artisan Good made from the Preserves Jar using any type of Roe except Sturgeon Roe. The sell price is twice the unprocessed Roe sell price. The health and energy gained from eating Aged Roe is the same for all types of Aged Roe.

Using Sturgeon Roe in a Preserves Jar produces Caviar instead of Aged Roe.

Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.

Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [447]. You will then receive the Aged Roe item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.

However, if you opt for this method, name your character [447] while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Aged Roe item.
