An Enricher is a Sprinkler upgrade that automatically fertilizes tiles when seeds are planted. Fertilizer must be loaded into the Enricher before the seeds are planted for it to work.

Despite the fact that it is attached to a sprinkler, the enricher will automatically apply the loaded fertilizer as soon as seeds are planted within that sprinkler's normal range. There is no need for the sprinkler to water the tiles for the fertilizer to be applied.

Only one fertilizer type may be loaded into an enricher at a time. The player must load as many of that fertilizer type as they wish to have applied to the surrounding seeds (e.g. an iridium sprinkler has a range of 24 plantable tiles, so the equipped enricher would need 24 of any given fertilizer loaded to cover the entire range of the sprinkler).

A sprinkler may not be equipped with both a Pressure Nozzle and an enricher at the same time.

4 Enrichers can be purchased at Qi's Walnut Room for 20 Qi Gems or one may occasionally be found in the Mines as a special monster drop during the 'Danger In The Deep' quest or after activating the Shrine of Challenge or Skull Cavern (during the "Skull Cavern Invasion" Quest).

Enricher Cheat Help

Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.

Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [913]. You will then receive the Enricher item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.

However, if you opt for this method, name your character [913] while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Enricher item.
