Stardrop Information

A Stardrop is a special item that permanently increases the player's maximum energy by 34 points. The player must immediately consume any Stardrop as soon as it is obtained; it is impossible to add a Stardrop to inventory or save it to eat later.
A maximum of seven Stardrops are available in any game, which together result in 508 maximum energy, nearly doubling the initial value of 270. Finding all Stardrops is necessary to achieve Perfection.
Despite the numbers listed on the tooltip, consuming a Stardrop will restore all of the player's energy as well as increase maximum energy, regardless of how low the energy was before consuming it. No health is restored when consuming a stardrop.

Stardrop Cheat Help
Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.
Spawn Using Animal Name
To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [434]. You will then receive the Stardrop item.
Spawn Using Character Name
Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
However, if you opt for this method, name your character [434] while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Stardrop item.
