Some routines depend on how many hearts you have with a villager. Those rows are marked, because a save file is the only place that answer lives.
Common questions
- How do I find out where one villager is in Stardew Valley?
- Set the season, the day of the month and the weather, then pick the name from the villager list. Their location shows next to their name and updates as you drag the clock. The row links to that villager's full schedule page if you want the whole day at once.
- Can I see everyone who is in one place?
- Yes. Switch the view to By location and the list regroups under a heading for each spot, biggest group first. The location buttons narrow it further to a single place.
- What day of the week is it in Stardew Valley?
- Every season is exactly 28 days and day 1 is always a Monday, so the weekday repeats on the same dates every year. Day 1, 8, 15 and 22 are Mondays; day 7, 14, 21 and 28 are Sundays. This page works the weekday out from the date for you.
- Why does rain change where everyone is?
- Most villagers run a separate rainy-day routine, and it replaces their normal one for the whole day. A few have two rain routines and the game picks between them at random, so this page shows both instead of guessing.
- Why is a villager somewhere different in my game?
- Three things change a routine that this page cannot read from your save: whether the Community Center is restored, whether the bus and the railroad are open, and how many hearts you have with certain villagers. The first three are toggles here. Heart-gated routines are marked on the row.
- Which villagers are missing?
- The Dwarf, Krobus and the Wizard keep to one spot and have no daily routine. Emily only has a marriage routine recorded, which replaces her normal day once you marry her, so she cannot appear in a general lookup.
