Life Elixir is an edible crafted item. The recipe is earned at Combat skill level 2. Iridium Bats in the Skull Cavern may drop a Life Elixir when slain (5% chance). The Dwarf sells Life Elixir for 2,000g each. Two to four Life Elixirs may occasionally be found in treasure rooms in the Skull Cavern. Two Life Elixirs may be received from opening a Mystery Box or Golden Mystery Box.

Despite the numbers listed on the tooltip, the Life Elixir will fully restore Health to maximum regardless of how low it currently is.

Life Elixir Cheat Help

Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.

Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [773]. You will then receive the Life Elixir item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
