The Magnet Ring is a ring that can be obtained as a monster drop or by breaking crates and barrels in The Mines at Floors 40+ and the Skull Cavern at Floors 1-39. It is a possible reward for the chest on floor 20 of the Mines if "remixed" mine rewards are selected in the Advanced Options menu when starting a new game.

The Magnet Ring may be found in Fishing Treasure Chests at Fishing skill 2+, but only if your Luck is buffed (higher magnitude buffs increase your chances).

The Magnet Ring increases the player's magnetic radius by two tiles. It stacks with itself, the Small Magnet Ring, the Glowstone Ring, and the Iridium Band.

Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.

Spawn Using Animal Name

To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [519]. You will then receive the Magnet Ring item.

Spawn Using Character Name

Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.

However, if you opt for this method, name your character [519] while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Magnet Ring item.
